Following directions

I made this yesterday, it’s suppose to be a square! I tried reading directions and this is where it got me!

It seems I am better at reading patterns, no problems here. I had fun practicing with scrap yarn, I think this pattern will be my first when I make my next afghan.

Finished my hat and scarf. I kept wondering why I loved the colors, then it hit me! It brought back memories of the ice cream mom use to buy when I was a kid, she still buys it.

Keep warm and happy crocheting!

  1. Your hat and scarf look cosy – I bet it was just the thing for the way the weather has been lately.
The wave patterns look really neat – I find pattern instructions can be confusing sometimes and it’s really helpful to have the stitch graphic so you can see exactly which stitches are supposed to be where 🙂
